SHIPPING AND DISPATCH POLICY

WHERE WE DELIVER

We currently deliver within the UK only. We hope to offer international delivery in the future.

PROCESSING AND DISPATCH

Made-to-order and custom products are normally dispatched within 7-10 days after payment and final design approval, where approval is required.

Processing estimates are shown in working days and exclude weekends and public holidays. During launches, busy periods or temporary closures, the current estimate shown on the website will apply. If an unexpected delay affects your order, we will contact you using the email address supplied at checkout.

DELIVERY SERVICES AND PRICES

Available delivery services, prices and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout before payment. Current services: Royal Mail Standard UK 24.

Delivery estimates begin when an order is dispatched. They are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates unless a service is expressly sold as guaranteed.

TRACKING

You will receive a dispatch confirmation when your order has been sent. Tracking information will be provided where it is included with the selected delivery service. Some lower-cost services may not include end-to-end tracking.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please check the delivery address before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact hello@neverplainstudio.com immediately. We cannot promise to change an address after dispatch. Additional postage may be payable if an order is returned because the address supplied was incomplete or incorrect, except where the error was ours.

DELAYED OR MISSING ORDERS

If your order has not arrived after the carrier’s stated timeframe, contact us with your order number. We may ask you to confirm your address and allow the carrier’s investigation period to pass before a replacement or refund is arranged. Your statutory rights are not affected.

DAMAGED PARCELS

Please photograph the outer packaging and item as soon as possible and contact us at hello@neverplainstudio.com with your order number. Keep all packaging until we confirm the next step.

DELIVERY COMMITMENT

Unless a different timeframe is agreed with you, we will deliver without undue delay and within the period required by applicable consumer law.
