Never Plain products are hand-decorated and should be treated with a little extra care.
Care instructions
Always remove your phone or AirPods from the case before cleaning. Allow the case to dry completely before refitting it to your device.
Wipe gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry immediately.
Avoid soaking, submerging or prolonged exposure to moisture.
Keep away from excessive heat, direct flames and long periods of strong sunlight.
Do not use alcohol, acetone, solvents, bleach, abrasive cleaners or rough sponges.
Do not pull, pick or bend decorative charms and components.
Avoid carrying the item against keys or other sharp objects.
Remove a phone case slowly, easing it away around the edges rather than bending the decorated area.
Inspect regularly and stop using the item if a component becomes loose, sharp or damaged.
Keep loose decorative parts away from babies, young children and pets.
Our cases provide an additional layer of everyday protection, but no case can guarantee against damage. Handle your device carefully and avoid deliberate drops or heavy impacts.
As every Never Plain piece is decorated by hand, small variations are part of its character. Normal signs of wear may develop over time, particularly on raised or frequently handled details.
Wireless charging
Raised decorations, case thickness and metal components may interfere with some wireless chargers or magnetic accessories. Follow the device and charger manufacturer’s instructions. If charging is inconsistent, the phone becomes unusually warm or the connection is unstable, stop and remove the case before charging.
If something goes wrong...
If you believe your product is faulty, stop using it and contact hello@neverplainstudio.com with your order number and clear photographs. Please do not glue or repair it before contacting us, as this can make the issue harder to assess.
