How to check an iPhone
Open Settings → General → About and look for Model Name. If needed, tap Model Number to view the A-number, then compare it with Apple’s official identification guidance.
How to check an Android phone
Open Settings and look for About phone, About device or Device information. The exact route varies by manufacturer. Record both the brand and complete model name or number.
How to check an AirPods Model
On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings → Bluetooth, find your AirPods and tap the More Info ⓘ button. Note the model number and use Apple’s identification guide to confirm the exact AirPods generation and charging-case type.
AirPods and charging cases with similar names can have different shapes, ports and speaker openings, so please match the complete option name before ordering.
Before adding to cart
Compare the model shown in your settings with the full option name on the product page. Do not choose by screen size alone. Check whether your phone is a standard, Plus, Pro, Pro Max, Mini, FE, Ultra or another edition. For earbuds, confirm the generation and charging-case type.
Protection & charging
Raised decorations, case thickness and metal components may affect compatibility with wireless chargers, docks, mounts or magnetic accessories. If charging is inconsistent, the phone becomes unusually warm or the connection is unstable, stop and remove the case before charging.
